People come to therapy for many different reasons, all the reasons are valid, and you deserve the opportunity to experience effective and beneficial therapy with a therapist you feel you can connect with.As an Integrative therapist and qualified clinical supervisor I work using a combination of approaches, tailored to you as an individual, to support you to work towards your desired outcomes. My aim is to provide an opportunity to explore the issues troubling you, to help you feel more empowered and in control, to find strategies for positive change and for you to move towards the life that you want.My core training is in Integrative Humanistic approaches. Also, with many years working as a psychotherapist in the NHS, I have incorporated Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focused approaches to my way of working. My client group has been from a diverse background over the past 18 years. I have worked with an extensive range of issues which cause people concern or distress. I have a trauma informed practice with many years’ experience of working with domestic abuse and sexual violence, ill health diagnosis and end of life, and occupational counselling as particular specialties.
