I am a BACP Accredited, integrative counsellor and I have been working in this profession since qualifying in 2014. I welcome enquiries from adults seeking therapy as well as parents and guardians of children and young people who would like counselling support. I also work with Counselling trainees, at concessionary rates.  I have previously worked as a counsellor in schools, the police force, general counselling services including the NHS as well as various charities. I have a wealth of experience in helping clients through various difficulties including: anxiety and social anxiety, school related stress, self-esteem problems, work related burnout, depression, relationship and family relation difficulties, loss and grief, parenting, maternity, pregnancy and various degrees of trauma including PTSD, social isolation, minority experience.I offer a positive and calm environment where you will be able to explore the difficulties you might be facing. I am able to adjust the way I work and my therapeutic approach, to suit your tempo and your preference.  I have worked for both statutory and private sectors which gave me the opportunity to counsel people from different backgrounds and cultures. I have a very good understanding of challenges impacting our psychological well-being today.
