This means through dialogue, active engagement and collaboration we will assess and examine the issue(s) that concern you in a holistic way. We will pay particular attention to your thoughts and feelings taking into account your past experiences, current circumstances, and anxieties about the future. The aim is to tailor therapy around your individual needs and difficulties to make sense of whatever is causing you suffering and distress to enable you to move to a space where you can navigate through different modes of being and relating that is healthy and empowering.I offer Counselling and Psychotherapy in Central London W2, NW1, E1 areas. I work with clients on a short-term and long-term basis. What is best for you can be discussed and agreed upon our initial meeting. If you decide to go ahead, we can then set a suitable day and time for your regular sessions. The sessions can be weekly or flexible. They can take place face-to-face or online (video conference)
