The quality of counseling should not suffer because you cannot make it physically into an office for an hour a week. As a counselor, my focus is on providing a safe and empathetic space where you can express yourself and become empowered without any fear of judgement. I have experience working with PTSD, trauma, stress, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, interpersonal relationships, chronic illness, and neurodivergence.My counseling style is integrative, I focus on what works best for you individually. I use EMDR, Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy. I provide counseling in English and in Spanish for both individuals and couples.It would be an honor to help you reach your goals, I will do everything I can to help guide you towards healing.
