I tailor my practice carefully, always in agreement with you and in line with your preferences. This is because I believe that who we are and the way we experience life is different for each of us and the kind of support needed at challenging times differs from person to person.My qualification is in Integrative Counselling and Coaching which means I employ a range of approaches, including some which are dynamic and directive where appropriate.
