About Georgina HoareSince 2003 I have been working as a psychodynamic counsellor/psychotherapist in a variety of settings, following also qualifying as a Music therapist in 1997. I've worked in the NHS and voluntary sector with children, young people and adults with learning disabilities and mental health difficulties, as well as held a private practice. My work in the NHS also included working in forensic services including Feltham YOI. I've supervised both individuals and groups, primarily counsellors/psychotherapists in training and arts therapists, both in private practice and in organisations. I have also held several leadership roles since 2008 in the voluntary sector including; Director of Clinical Services at SurvivorsUK for men who have experienced sexual violation, Head of Talking Therapies at Wimbledon Guild and I'm currently in role as the Organisation Effectiveness Director at Respond, supporting autistic people and people with learning disabilities who have experienced trauma. Given this I currently only have space for a small private practice of clients or supervisees.
