I will provide a safe, confidential, and caring non judgemental therapeutic relationship in which you will be emotionally supported while you explore solutions to whatever issues you want to bring to our sessions. I work both face to face and via video link for clients outside the local area, in a comfortable dedicated private counselling room in Lytham St Annes,  with flexible weekday appointments between 8.30 and 4pm. I offer an initial free of charge 30 minute consultation to enable you to find out whether I am the right therapist for you and  if you decide to go ahead, further sessions will last 50 minutes.
