The therapy process can sometimes be daunting but can also facilitate growth and change. I aim to provide a safe, non-judgemental and welcoming space for people to explore their feelings, thoughts and concerns around a number of challenges. I use a range of therapeutic approaches in an adaptive and integrative manner to best suit your needs and preferences. This means our work together will centre around you as a unique individual, with your own unique way of looking at the world. I offer 1 hour sessions on a weekly basis working with young people and adults.
