I am a newly qualified Occupational Therapist working in a locked rehab unit for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. I have recently completed my MSc (pre-reg). As part of my MSc I completed primary research focusing on interventions veterans receive when they experience PTSD and how these correlate with occupational therapy. I gained some fascinating results. I presented these at the College of Occupational Therapy annual conference in Harrogate 2016. This was an amazing experience which I hope to duplicate in the future. This is an area I'm really interested in and hope to have the opportunity to work in as my career progresses.
