I am an Occupational Therapist currently working as a Band 6 OT within the community setting for NHS Scotland. Prior to relocating to Scotland, I was working within the community providing services to adult and adolescent NDIS participants with a diverse range of disabilities and diagnoses. These population groups include oncology, neurological, orthopaedics, amputations, intellectual disability, psychosocial, and age-related conditions. I have a keen interest in neurological conditions. I have experience providing therapeutic interventions, assistive technology, and home modifications, and I am highly competent in report writing including low, mid, and high cost Assistive Technology, Minor and Complex Home Modifications, Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA), Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialised Disability Accommodation (SDA), Department of Housing, and Sensory Profile. I have a positive and enthusiastic demeanour, and I am passionate about adding value to the life of my clients through utilising a client centred approach and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team environment.
