I have worked in the care industry since the age of 15 has a carer, then had some experience managing a domiciliary company before completing my degree in occupational therapy. I have a vast knowledge and experience with various client groups, I am passionate about empowering individuals and ensuring there needs are met whether that be patients or staff. I enjoy working with people and thrive under pressure, I am always looking for new challenges.
