It can be really hard to select which therapist your want to come meet. What are you looking for? What is the difference between them all? I might not be the right therapist for you but then again I might be. I am good at what I do, which is to offer a thinking and feeling, non judgemental curious space that is focused on you, and all of you is welcome in this therapy space including the bits of you that you may not like. We may explore and sit with difficult feelings, or consider the way you experience life and the unconscious beliefs that impact your behaviour and feelings everyday. Whether you are feeling trapped, scared, angry or want to talk about what is going on for you or has happened to you all of that is possible. I have specialist training to work with children and young people but that also allows me to work with difficulties in peoples childhood, or material to do with the impact pf children. However I have also worked with adults with nothing to do with childhood. I have the space and resources to work creatively, which can be a great help to many clients but am also able to sit and talk if that is what is needed. The building has ramped access and there is space available on the lower floor that can be used for easier access however my usual therapy room is up a flight of stairs.
