My name is Lilien Lucic and I am qualified counsellor and psychotherapist. I offer individual counselling/therapy online only. My work is based on psychological theories that I have been thought off: psychodynamic theory and cognitive behavioural theory, whilst providing a compassionate and empathic therapeutic space. People access therapy for many different reasons at different times of their lives and together we can think of anything that is currently bothering you or even something that was from before but keeps coming up now. I can help guide you through the process and we can decide together what approach would suit you the best. I appreciate how hard it could be when meeting therapist for the first time and therefore recommend having initial contact over the telephone, or via e-mail so that you can ask questions about the process. We can talk through about how therapy could be helpful for you right now and set up an initial appointment.
