I'm trained in several different modalities; CBT, Gestalt, Transpersonal, Person-Centred Theory, Transactional Analysis and IFS, so my responses to you and your needs can be as unique as you are. I am also a counselling tutor and certificated as a trauma informed coach. This means I have a good few tools in my kit to help in the way best suited to you. No script, no cliched responses.
