I’ve been working as a therapist since 2011, graduating with a master’s degree in counselling from the University of East Anglia. I work predominantly with adults but also have considerable experience as a counsellor for adolescents and younger adults. If you’re distressed or confused, exhausted by carrying on, or looking to understand yourself better, counselling is a way to help yourself and work towards the change you want. We’ll begin wherever you are and work together at your own pace on what is most important to you. I’m experienced in providing both short-term solution-focused work and mid- to long-term therapy. It is important to me that you’re benefiting from counselling no matter how many sessions you have.I am especially interested in how counselling can initiate and support processes of change and development at all ages. My approach focuses on the quality of the relationship between client and therapist - the heart of the counselling process. I offer in-person and remote counselling. When meeting in-person I use comfortable, spacious, rooms at The Norwich Wellbeing Centre in central Norwich.
