My Therapeutic Approach I use an integrative approach in my work, drawing upon a range of evidence-based therapeutic models (including Mentalization-Based Therapy (MBT), Psychodynamic, Mindfulness and Systemic Therapies). I have a particular interest in Attachment-Based Therapies, and I'm dedicated to being collaborative, compassionate and non-judgemental. I am respectful of differences and committed to providing therapy that is culturally sensitive.
