A bit about my approach to therapy I specialize in cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapy centered on alleviating or eliminating symptoms of anxiety, depression , mood disorders, and process addictions such as OCD, orthorexia, gambling, sex, and other compulsive behaviors. Collaboratively, we will explore various modalities to enhance your quality of life.
