Together we will focus on your concerns and I will help you gain insight and understanding to unhelpful behaviour patterns and thoughts, which can lead to lack of confidence and negative self-worth. I believe that the unique therapeutic relationship developed between myself and another human being is very powerful and instrumental in creating a trusting and respectful space, in which you can feel accepted. As an Integrative Counsellor, my approach enables me to use specific theoretical models in order to help people cope with difficult life experiences. This then allows you to feel hopeful, and gives you a chance to achieve and enjoy your life fully. I have a wealth of experience in working with adults on a one to one basis, helping them to overcome issues such as, anxiety, depression, stress, work related issues, abuse and more. I am a qualified couple’s counsellor and I help couples to explore and resolve their issues such as affairs or abuse within the relationship, allowing them to find alternative ways of moving forward. As an experienced counsellor, I also offer therapy to trainee counselling students.  I also offer online counselling for individuals who are currently Shielding due to COVID 19.As an Accredited Member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) I abide by their Code of Practice and work within their Ethical Framework, which means that any information you disclose will be treated confidentially.
