I am not able to fix you as I don’t have all of the answers, but I will support you in any uncertain and problematic places that you want to explore. I have experience of supporting people with general anxiety, physical and mental abuse, emotional conflicts, shame, depression, low mood, lack of confidence and self-esteem, grief, bereavement (NHS & community based), loneliness and lack of focus, resolving trauma, managing addictions and all areas of difficulty that these obstacles or problems can bring to the fore.I value individual difference, honesty, integrity and connection, you will be supported in finding your own path in making sense of whatever made you seek counselling as I strongly believe that all individuals have the ability to become empowered in finding their own answers.
