You may be living with depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, low self-esteem or relationship issues. I offer a supportive space, in which we can explore whatever thoughts, feelings, behaviours or circumstances you may be facing. Together we will develop a better understanding of yourself and others. We will also explore your own solutions – whether that’s making effective changes in your life or finding ways of coping with problems that have no solution. My aim is to carefully guide you whilst giving you a sense of agency to move forward with your life. I believe the relationship between therapist and client to be very important and whilst we unpick issues together, I will offer you a sanctuary for you to freely explore what is troubling you in a warm, non-judgemental, and confidential environment. Drawing from my own challenges and life experience has given me the connection and compassion needed to support people from all walks of life. I understand the value of being heard, seen, and supported. I am an empathetic listener; intuitive thinker and I will put you firmly at the centre of our work together.
