I believe our childhood experiences form who we are in our adult relationships, carrying traumas and other adverse experiences that can manifest themselves as psychological and physiological problem, unpleasant feelings are buried, they are buried alive and want to get out, this often results in anxiety, depression, mental and physical illness, the internalised voices become overwhelming.
