Whatever your reasons for seeking help, my approach to counselling is designed to free you from whatever is holding you back.At our first meeting, the first step on our journey would be for us to establish a relationship in which whatever is troubling you can be fully explored, accepted and addressed. In a relaxed environment you will be offered a confidential, supportive, understanding but also challenging environment in which to achieve your goal of dealing with your distress.In return I will not judge you, but will walk with you on your journey. I will remain true to myself, but I am not easily shocked by what I hear, and believe that everybody has a right to peace of mind, and my task is to help you achieve it. You need no longer be alone with your unease.Our first meeting sets the groundwork for whether or not we can work together in your interests.My practice is easy to find by private/public transport and I can arrange my hours to suit you.Aside from my counselling I have a great deal of experience working with people in the public and private sectors as mentor and coach.
