Hi, I’m Claire, a qualified psychotherapist, psychotherapeutic counsellor and EMDR therapist. Psychotherapy can help. As an intergrative psychotherapist, I use a range of therapeutic approaches and techniques depending on your needs and wishes as a client. I also offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) as a way of processing trauma and moving on from the ‘stuckness’ so often felt after experiencing a traumatic event.
