I am an experienced counsellor and am on the BACP register as an accredited member.I offer counselling and psychotherapy to individuals and couples from practices in Wembley and in Central London. Therapy can be short term time limited or long term open ended.I am experienced in providing Cognitive Behavioural therapy for Employee Assistance Providers (EAP) and am a registered provider with Cigna, AXA PPP, Bupa, Aviva, Vitality, CBT Clinics.Another service I offer is specialist trauma therapy EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing) for PTSD and a range of  traumas.
