I am an experienced, qualified, and accredited psychodynamic psychotherapist who has worked in psychotherapy for over twenty years, supporting people with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, loss, divorce, family issues, relationship issues, separation, abandonment, rejection, identity, work-life (bullying, harassment), parenting, personal growth & development. I also have many additional therapeutic qualifications. I studied Music and Art Therapy in Poland in early 2000. I speak some foreign languages: English, Spanish and French. Polish is my native tongue. I completed my postgraduate studies in psychodynamic psychotherapy in 2017, and three years later, I was awarded the European Certificate of Psychotherapy, a certificate of excellence. I entered the UKCP via the Forum for Independent Psychotherapists and have been a UKCP Analytical College Member since 2022. I have worked with clients with complex mental health needs since the beginning of my career. I have experience working in Psychiatric Units at "Priory" Hospital in Tilehurst and Amberstone NHS Hospital in East Sussex. I am a very enthusiastic and proactive therapist with significant experience in individual and group psychotherapy. Depending on mental health difficulties, I use different specialised therapeutic approaches in my work with clients. My main interest is the psychodynamic approach, but I also work with a humanistic, person-centred approach. I am known as a kind, compassionate, non-judgmental listener with an openness to providing tender care and support to those with mental health difficulties. I am reliable and willing to help everybody motivated to commit to the intense therapy treatment. I always try to develop new skills, learn new therapeutic approaches, and study the methods that have been scientifically proven to be helpful for my clients.
