My therapeutic approach is primarily humanistic and is led by you. I may borrow from other theories as appropriate. A typical therapy session may consist of listening to what you have to say and then responding with comment, question or a request for clarification. Sometimes I may remain silent in order not to interfere with your pattern of thinking or the way you are feeling. My aim is to develop and provide a safe space for you with which to explore your feelings with the hope for a better understanding of your own self and process.
