My goal is to empower clients, foster resilience, and support them in building the confidence they may need to confront past trauma, build strong interpersonal relationships, or more effectively regulate their emotions.My approach is based on enhancing existing strengths, honoring cultural backgrounds, and providing a safe space for individuals to heal. I utilize a client-centered and psychodynamic approach while also integrating other therapies such as CBT and DBT to meet each client’s unique needs.
