I pride myself on listening to my clients on an individual basis and thinking of ways to communicate new strategies to effectively help them. I'm dedicated to an holistic and individual approach to maximising potential in both physical and mental well-being and function. I also enjoy carrying out research and exploring recent academic literature in neurology. I qualified in OT in 2018 and have experience in orthopedic surgery and trauma, falls Interventions, acute forensic mental health, acute stroke, general medicine and ABI. I also have past experience in community traumatic brain injury and stroke rehabilitation services and learning disabilities as an assistant psychologist. Additionally I also have experience in elderly health care as an occupational therapy assistant and 4 years experience in acute mental health and forensic mental health units for individuals with learning disabilities as a support worker. I have completed rotations in Trauma and Orthopaedics, Elderly Med/Dementia care and Specialist Med and Surgery. I have since specialised within community neurological rehabilitation.
