My work as a therapist is based on the belief that change is possible. I believe counselling can change lives. I am passionate about giving people a space where they are heard, valued and understood, and assisting them to find the strength to overcome their difficulties, in order to lead fulfilling lives. I feel it to be an honour to be a part of this journey of change. Deciding to access counselling can be a difficult first step for any of us, and I recognise the courage it may take to simply get to this point. This may be a time when you need to reach out in search of a safe, calm and confidential space in which to explore your feelings. I aim to offer you such a place, away from the pressures of everyday life, a place where you can be yourself, find yourself. Whether you are in crisis, stuck in a painful relationship or struggling with emotional difficulties that won't seem to go away, my goal is to help you understand yourself in a rich and deep way so that you can better deal with the challenges that life inevitably brings.
