I have an MSc in Therapeutic Counselling from the University of Greenwich and am a BACP-accredited therapist. My foundational training was integrative and relational, with additional postgraduate training in person-centred and emotion-focused therapies. My work with clients is trauma-informed and might involve mindfulness-based grounding and stabilisation techniques. In addition, integrative Sandplay therapy is a powerful tool that I have used successfully to work with adults presenting with trauma, neglect, and abuse.
