The decision to face our challenges, heal and grow is a hard one but by far the most rewarding. My mission is to actively work towards changing the world for the better, one interaction at a time. For me, it is important to treat everyone with respect and compassion. I have years of experience working with diverse populations experiencing a wide range of concerns including; depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, physical and emotional abuse, active hallucinations & delusions. I have worked with adults & children in school settings, hospitals, jails, and juvenile detention centers, and those in the LGBTQ community. My therapy style is non-judgmental, welcoming, warm & interactive.
