I understand we have all travelled a different journey to get us to where we are today. In taking the first steps into counselling I will be with you to help you understand where you have been, how you got there and the direction you want to continue on.I am an integrative counsellor and truly believe every single one of us is unique. We are all born with the ability to lead full lives but I understand we can get stuck in our journey and sometimes find it hard to get going again.  I will help you explore how and why you have become stuck, what is keeping you there and new ways of helping you with life’s challenges.I have supported individual clients with a range of issues including bereavement, domestic abuse, narcissistic relationships, anxiety, self-esteem, unhelpful thinking patterns and relationship breakdowns. With the belief we all have the internal resources for change I will work with you, at your pace, and use a range of counselling techniques to help you explore your journey and reach your goals.   I have completed training for couples counselling and practice as a couples therapist.  I understand the uniqueness of each couple's circumstances and will work with you to meet your needs. I will help you explore your issues and gain insight in a non-judgemental space. Through this therapy process, you will have the opportunity to reconnect emotionally and explore new ways of listening,  communication and conflict resolution.
