I use a collaborative approach, working with a client to identify thoughts and behaviors they can modify to live the life they want. I work with people who struggle with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, grief and other disorders. I use different modalities of treatment, to include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and EMDR. My clients enjoy a safe, comfortable environment to connect with someone who cares about them.
