I am a Humanistic Counsellor, a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and a member of the Metanoia Institute where I graduated with a Diploma in Humanistic Counselling with a BSC in Reflective Therapeutic Practice from Middlesex University. I also draw upon my training in art therapy.
