I am an Consultant Orthopaedic and Trauma Surgeon with a specialist interest in the hand and wrist. I maintain a general orthopaedic practice and am part of the on-call trauma rota at the Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital NHS Trust. My research and particular interest relates to disorders of the wrist such as carpal tunnel syndrome and Dupuytrens disease.I qualified from Cambridge University in 1993 and mostly trained in East Anglia (two years as a specialist registrar at the Norfolk & Norwich Hospital). I also spent six months as a fellow at the University of Toronto Hand Programme.In my free time I am a member of Norwich Rowing Club, enjoying sculling and rowing.
