Anxious, depressed, grief of loss of a relationship, close one, job, etc: you have come to the right place. As we all slowly crawl through the adversity presented in our lives, into a world that feels a little less organized and a little more uncertain, we may find what once was no longer is and how do we be with what we have and get to where we want to go. Complex, isn’t it. But historically, humans have recovered from unforeseen crisis, stronger and better than ever. And historically, they have sought the help of others to guide them to see where they really are at and where they can be.My work is influenced by both my training, my personality and personal history. My training covers CBT, Attachment Theory, Person-Centered, Motivational Interviewing, psychodynamic and Humanistic Models. My family’s history of immigration has given me a particularly unique perspective in my ability to treat other immigrants and children of immigrants.Your beliefs, how you relate to people, your family of origin, your culture and your patterns inform the treatment as much as the theories I studied. I use experience, discovery, and unconditional positive regard to connect with you, to get to know you and to guide you to a more tranquil place in your life. Reach out!
