I help my clients live meaningful and fulfilled lives by utilizing a comprehensive approach. I utilize a structured program alongside a deep understanding of positive psychology, personality factors, physical wellness, and culture to guide individuals through their journey of recovery. I apply my extensive training in psychology and a system I developed to help clients navigate interpersonal relationships, mental health challenges, stress, sudden life changes, and health issues.I've developed an 8 step system to help my clients create their own life plan and work step by step through their journey of recovery. I also welcome the opportunity to explore uncomfortable topics and life challenges. My approach is holistic. I believe in treating mind, body, and soul as pathways to wellness.
