I bring comprehensive experience supporting individuals, couples, and families facing diverse challenges such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders/depression, trauma, PTSD, parenting strategies, relational issues, and specialized ADHD coaching and strategies. Acknowledging the significance of individuality, I approach each client as a distinct entity, ensuring that therapeutic models and relationships are customized to meet their specific needs.I graduated from Boston University with a B.A. in psychology and with my Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Eastern Nazarene College in 2009. I am currently working on my PhD in the same field. I have experience in outpatient clinics and crisis intervention in triage settings.My therapeutic style is caring, encouraging and individualized in order to help each person learn skills to work with their emotions, see situations without judgment and recognize solutions that fit personal values. I also have a strong emphasis on diversity and social justice and incorporates it into my practice.
