• I have an honors degree in Psychology which has given me a breadth and depth of knowledge in mental health issues and psychological intervention. • I have trained as an Occupational Therapist on a post graduate course at London South Bank University. The course has given me excellent clinical skills through its teaching and placement allocations. I am fully trained in both mental and physical health skills and I have completed placements in hand therapy, medium secure forensic hospitals and community based rehabilitation, delivering assessment, risk management, intervention and discharge planning. • I am currently on an emerging role placement at a day centre for people in the community with severe mental health issues, focusing on community engagement, independent living skills and mental/physical health wellbeing. This placement is unique as I am the only Occupational Therapy staff within the centre and have introduced OT to the centre.
