In addition to offering therapies that work like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I value the relationship with the client and believe that the relationship is key in helping people reach their goals.I am a Licensed Psychologist and a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology who received a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Houston.
