I qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 1995. I spent the first twenty years of my career working in the NHS mostly in community settings. I moved into private practice in 2015 and set up Advance Occupational Therapy in July 2017 with my colleague Sarah Acres. I have a wide range of experience with both children and adults and have worked with individuals with conditions such as Cerebral Palsy, Dyspraxia, Autism and Brain Injury. I have a post-graduate certificate in Sensory Integration Therapy so am able to incorporate this into my assessment and treatment plans. I am also experienced in the provision of specialist equipment and home adaptations.
