Affectionately called by her patients as "Dr. Vani", she is an experienced pediatrician, Board Certified in Pediatrics and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Vani graduated from Andhra Medical College, India and completed her residency at the Children’s Hospital of Richmond, VCU (Medical College of Virginia). After a year in fellowship training at UT Southwestern Medical Center, Children’s Medical Center in Dallas in pediatric hematology & oncology, Dr. Vani returned to general pediatrics. Dr. Vani sees children of all ages from newborns to young adults (23 years). She enjoys getting to know her patients and their families and wants them to feel completely at ease and comfortable. She has been recognized as DFW Child Mom Approved Doc (2020, 2019, 2018) and Living Magazine Top Doc (2020, 2019). Dr. Vani loves the challenge of ever-changing growth & development that makes every age unique and diverse in pediatrics. Attached to the special smile of her young patients and the trust their parents & caregiver place in her, Dr. Vani strives her best to deliver outstanding care to her patients and families. Children’s health is her No. 1 priority whether she’s providing care to patients in the office or virtually. To empower tomorrow’s citizens with a healthy body and a healthy mind, Dr. Vani emphasizes on preventive health care. She has expertise in treating pediatric conditions such as allergies & asthma, infections, obesity, and has special interest in treating behavioral & mental health conditions. Working to improve healthcare outcomes in the community, Dr. Vani serves on two Texas Medical Association committees. A multilingual physician, Dr. Vani speaks several Indian languages and fluent in Hindi, Telugu & Tamil.
