I have over 20 years experience as a  CBT and EMDR psychotherapist and supervisor and have undertaken various clinical training programmes. Furthermore, I have worked in various settings such as: the National Health Service (NHS) as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapist (EMDR). I have worked for Local Authorities; Private Health Care; Fire Services; Occupational Health Providers; Police Services and Training and Education Services. I am an accredited CBT therapist and supervisor and have lectured at various universities. Furthermore, I am an accredited EMDR therapist and Consultant/Supervisor.
