Finding a therapist starts with you and your needs. You may arrive with a sense of overwhelm, loss or anxiety, perhaps desiring change but without knowing how or believing you can. We can work together to explore how you feel, think and behave, and find a way to begin your healing.I am a Person-Centred Psychotherapist and Counsellor, able to offer a range of short and long term work to clients who are facing a difficulty in their life and ability to function, or a desire to understand themselves better. I believe that we all have the potential to grow and heal, but that when we are interrupted by trauma, loss or low self-esteem, that capacity seems an impossibility. With the help of a compassionate but objective relationship in therapy, we can work together to bring you back to your authentic self. I will provide an open, safe and non-judgemental environment for us to work in, all I ask is that you bring a commitment to be actively curious about yourself and your circumstances.
