This work can support you through a period of crisis or through a more general sense of things feeling low.The starting place is an initial consultation (£75 and up to 90 minutes) in which we discuss what you are looking for. If we feel it necessary, I can make alternative recommendations for mental health treatment based on my psychodynamic psychotherapy experience in the NHS, charities and private practice, and through my networks in which I undertake ongoing professional development.
