I am currently working as a Transformation Manager and Integrated Neighbourhood Lead as part of the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Integrated Care System. I have extensive NHS experience, having qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 1991 working in the NHS ever since in various specialities in both acute hospital and community settings. Most recently, as Discharge Planning Manager for North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust. This involved me managing a multi-professional team across 3 hospital sites. My current role sees me working with Central Thistlemoor, a central Peterborough PCN (Primary Care Network) to integrate health, social and voluntary agencies to provide a comprehensive and sustainable service to the local population. I am also currently leading on various clinical pathway redesigns, including Respiratory, Cardiology and Dermatology for the North Alliance of the ICS.
