Everyone needs someone in their life to help validate their feelings and experiences. We have a tendency to focus more on our physical body than of our thoughts. Sometimes we may feel depressed or anxious without knowing the reason. Sometimes everything can be perfect in your life yet you still feel this sadness. This is not uncommon and talking to a therapist can help. I use a holistic approach when working with my clients. I provide a safe space with acceptance of who you are. I help my clients create goals for themselves and then we work on accomplishing them together.I use several different approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques, Narrative Therapy techniques, Solution Focused Brief Therapy techniques, as well as career counseling when needed.Everyone has experienced some really rough things in life. My goal is to help my clients process what they went through while providing compassion and acceptance. I help my clients create goals for themselves as well as challenge their thinking.
