I use and teach techniques that have been shown to be helpful in dealing with mental health issues such as learning to reframe and challenge your thoughts, regulating your emotions, working on radical acceptance, and other helpful strategies.For over 16 years I’ve worked in different settings such as addiction treatment centers, dual-diagnosis programs, nonprofit, and private practice. I have worked with different groups like teens (ages 14+), adults, families, the LGBTQ+ community, Veterans, Law Enforcement, and First Responders.
