Hi, I'm Stella. I'm an Occupational Therapist working in an acute mental health ward at The Royal Bethlem Hospital (South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust). I have a strong work ethic, am organised and operate from a place of compassion. I love working in a dynamic clinical environment and adapt quickly to new situations. My positive attitude and grounded nature enables me to integrate and collaborate with in a busy multi disciplinary team. I endeavour to always bring my best work and it is my honour to provide care for the community on my ward. I am a 550 hour qualified yoga teacher since 2016 and have taught in multiple London Yoga studios, workshops, community work and sold out yoga retreats. Additionally, I am qualified to teach yoga to children, have studied Embodied Anatomy, Yoga Nidra, Reiki level 2 & Yoga and breath work for addiction. The later is particularly revenant in acute mental health where so many service users have dual diagnosis. I have over 16 years of customer service experience, so I know how to provide the highest level of care for my clients. I am passionate about ritual, ceremony and plant medicine and am excited to be involved in ACER integration as a participant in their container Nov 2022- Oct 2023.
