I enjoy working with adolescents and adults who are experiencing concerns with, but not limited to, disordered eating, eating disorders, and body image concerns; anxiety; depression; self-esteem; critical self-talk; relationships, including with family; and interpersonal communication. I am grateful for the opportunity to join individuals, couples, and families on their journeys toward understanding, growth, freedom and empowerment.I integrate Feminist, Narrative, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, (CBT), mindfulness, and Family Systems-informed approaches in counseling sessions. I do not believe in a “one size fits all” approach to counseling, and therefore ensure that sessions and interventions are individualized and intentionally geared toward meeting the client(s) where they are.
